COVID-19 Update

At MSU Recreational Sports and Fitness Services, the safety of our guests and employees is our top priority.  We have implemented a number of safety measures to protect the health and well-being of our guests, which include enhanced cleaning procedures, sanitation policies, air purification systems, the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), physical distancing measures, and the reduction of physical touch points.  We continue to work with university leaders and health officials to implement our safety measures as we approach reopening the IM Sports West facility on October 26, 2020.

MSU Recreational Sports and Fitness Services is acutely aware of the challenges of health and safety in our COVID-19 reality. We look forward to safely and responsibly welcoming you back to our facilities.

Restrictions currently in place:

  • All IM Sports activities are canceled.
  • All in-person Group Exercise classes are canceled.
  • All Club Sports practices and competitions are canceled.
  • All on campus Buildings are closed, IM Sports West to reopen Oct. 26th.

During this time, please continue to:

  • Follow all guidelines communicated by the University.
  • Maintain proper hygiene; wash your hands and disinfect equipment/surfaces after use.
  • Avoid large gatherings of people when possible.
  • Stay home if you are feeling sick.
