GROUP FITNESS POLICIES
Late Arrival Policy
To provide a safe and distraction-free experience for all participants and instructors, studio and classroom doors will be locked at the scheduled class start time. Late entry will not be permitted once class has begun.
Participants are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for check-in and setup. Repeated late arrivals may result in temporary booking restrictions.

To ensure fair access and balanced class participation, members may only register for the same group fitness class once per calendar day.
Multiple bookings for the same class format on the same day are not permitted, regardless of class time or instructor. Duplicate reservations may be automatically canceled by staff without notice. Repeated violations of this policy may result in temporary booking restrictions.
