Classroom 106
Capacity: 30 participants
Room Details: Overhead projector and screen, ceiling fans, chalkboard
Rental Rate (Weekend/Off-hours): $15/hr for MSU students, $25/hr for MSU affiliates, and $40/hr for non-MSU affiliates.
Additional Comments: Food and drink permitted, desks cannot be removed
Classroom 137
Capacity: 70 participants
Room Details: Stadium seating, tech instructional cart, projector and screen, ceiling fans, chalkboard
Rental Rate (Weekend/Off-hours): $15/hr for MSU students, $25/hr for MSU affiliates, and $40/hr for non-MSU affiliates.
Additional Comments: Food and drink permitted, desks cannot be removed
Dance Studio - Room 218
Capacity: 35 participants
Room Details: 1,530 square feet, mirrored walls, ballet barre
Rental Rate: $25/hr for MSU students, $35/hr for MSU affiliates, $85/hr for non-affiliates
Additional Comments: Only tables/chairs with rubber or protected feet to prevent floor scratches are permitted, no food or drink
Lower Gym
Room Details: 11,520 square feet (120 by 96 feet), 2 basketball courts (84 feet), 1 college-sized court (90 feet), 3 volleyball courts, bleachers at each end, center partition
Rental Rate: No rental rate
Additional Comments: tables and chairs permitted, no food or drink
Upper Gym
Room Details: 10,230 square feet, 2 basketball courts (74 feet), 5 badminton courts, 2 aerobic platforms
Rental Rate: No rental rate

Facility access does not include eligibility to participate in Intramural Sports, Club Sports, or similar programs.
Separate fees are required to participate in non-credit instructional programs and the MSU Sailing Center.
