To help ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for everyone attending our group fitness classes, we would like to share a few important policy reminders and updates. Please take a moment to review the following policies.
Late Arrival Policy
To provide a safe and distraction-free experience for all participants and instructors, studio/classroom doors will be locked at the scheduled class start time. Late entry will not be permitted once class has begun. Participants are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for check-in and setup. Repeated late arrivals may result in temporary booking restrictions.
Multiple Class Sign-Up Policy
To ensure fair access and balanced class participation, members may only register for the same group of fitness class once per calendar day. Multiple bookings for the same class format on the same day are not permitted, regardless of class time or instructor. Duplicate reservations may be automatically canceled by staff without notice. Repeated violations of this policy may result in temporary booking restrictions.
Socks Required for Reformer Pilates
For the safety, hygiene, and comfort of all participants, socks are required for all reformer Pilates classes. Participants without socks will not be permitted to participate in class. Grip socks are preferred but not required.
