Adaptive Recreation

We offer a variety of adaptive recreation options.  During open recreation we offer; goal ball, boccia ball, tandem cycling, hand cycling, archery, table tennis, swimming, pickleball, and badminton.  During Fall and Spring semesters we play blind soccer, sit volleyball and pickleball at designated days and times at Demonstration Hall.  Read below how you can reserve a tennis court to play!

 Adaptive Sports Day - Collaborative event held with RCPD every spring semester.

FALL & SPRING SEMESTER-

TUESDAY'S 6PM-7:30PM AT DEM HALL.

Join us to play pickleball every Tuesday night during Fall and Spring semester.  We may also add sit volleyball when requested.

We offer a wide variety of drop in recreation opportunities for adaptive recreation. All of our programming is free! Just show your MSU student i.d. card. You can check out equipment for; Boccia Ball, Goal Ball, Table Tennis, Pickleball and Badminton.  Call to set up Goal Ball. 517-884-4481

Adaptive Tennis

Recreational Sports in collaboration with the MSU Tennis Center would like to offer students who utilize a wheelchair for mobility the opportunity to play tennis. All you need to do is call and make a reservation during regular business hours.  Call 517-355-2209

When you let them know that you are scheduling through the Rec-Sports adaptive tennis program you and your partner (MSU Students only) can play with your student recreation fee. Remember to bring your MSU student id.
