Virtual Fitness Programs

To All Student, Faculty, and Staff:

During this unprecedented time, the Department of Recreational Sports and Fitness Services would like to offer free virtual fitness classes. There are three ways to take advantage of this opportunity.

  1. Fitness On Demand FLEX lets you access the 400+ workouts from your phone or laptop. Please send an email request to Rebecca Kegler with FOD FLEX in the subject line. Make sure your email and name are spelled correctly.

You will be enrolled and sent an invitation to accept. Accept on one device only.  Because there are limited seats you have ONE WEEK to respond. Minimum use required or you can be dropped from the service. (Twice weekly usage required)
